10X starts with 2.15.
Grow 2.15 times a year and you reach 10X in three years. That is the whole idea behind 10X, and it is the number I would like you to carry into your next planning meeting.
This month the focus is 10X Growth as you're preparing for 2027. In 2020 we launched Intelligent Business Development: one system switching between email, LinkedIn and phone, backed by 11 data enrichment vendors. Since then, many other providers launched their tools and we're all getting those messages daily. There is one core problem in all of them: they know nothing about you or the reason why you'd want to talk to them.
So we rebuilt it for the AI era. The 10X Growth Engine is designed to support growth of at least 2.15x in 2027. Details in section 07 (10xengine.com).
With the Growth Engine live, every practice now has its own 10X Engine: Matrix Superintelligence for Strategy, 10x Factory for Value, the 10X Ops Engine in Matrix for Operations, and the 10X Growth Engine for Growth. Each is introduced in its practice section.

What it means: the mid tier is crowding at $2 / $10. Seven models now share that price, so the choice between them is about the task, not the bill. Two of October's five releases (Mistral Large 4, Kimi K3.1 Pro) are open-weight, which matters if you need to run models inside your own infrastructure.

What's new at BIAMI
